“My wife and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary with a dining experience at Carrygerry Country House that we will never forget. The menu was brimming with Irish dishes featuring good twists. We started with lamb ragu and garlic prawns, which were both incredibly flavorful. For mains, the perfectly cooked goats cheese chicken and braised beef in a rich mushroom sauce left us wanting more. The desserts, including a heavenly chocolate brownie and addictive apple crumble with rum and raisin ice cream, were the cherry on top of a fantastic meal.
